Do I need separate accounts to play and to list a venue?: Yes. Accounts are role-locked: player accounts sign in on the Player tab, venue owners on the Venue owner tab. Use a different email for each role.
Why is my court not showing to players?: A venue only appears publicly once it is approved by our team and has at least one court set to open.
I signed up but got no email.: Check spam, then try signing in again to resend the confirmation. Password resets only work for email/password accounts — Google and Apple sign-ins are managed by those providers.
